Growing one of Europe’s most loved brands

When Lion and Blackstone bought Orangina it was the number three player in the European soft drinks market. Today it is the second largest producer in the European still soft drinks market.

Under their ownership, they installed a new management team which achieved industry-leading growth, both organically in its core countries and by expansion into new markets, and by purchasing more leading brands to strengthen its position.

From 2006 to 2009, total group sales have expanded, supported by a relaunch of each of the main brands and greater investment in trade and consumer marketing.

The company markets, bottles and distributes a number of carbonated soft drinks, stills and other soft drinks through a unique portfolio of leading products that includes iconic brands such as Orangina, Schweppes, Oasis, Trina and Pulco, strong national brands such as Pampryl in France and La Casera in Spain.
